We will never ask you to pay any fees or expenses in advance.
If you pursue a claim on our advice and the claim does not succeed, you do not have to pay any fees or expenses at all. We will meet any costs or expenses incurred on your behalf.
In the event that you succeed in a claim against a US Trust Fund, then our fees and expenses are capped at a maximum of 25% (the fees are usually less) of any amount that you receive in compensation. Before settling any claim we obtain your written instructions and give you precise details of the compensation you will receive any fees to be deducted.
